Refund Policy
Refunds are only offered in cases where the product is received damaged. To be eligible for a refund, an unboxing video must be provided as proof. As all products are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch, claims without a clear unboxing video will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on purchased items unless the product is received in a damaged condition and verified by our team.
Reporting an Issue
Any concerns regarding your order must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. Requests received after this timeframe will not be considered.
Conditions for Eligibility
The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, including tags, boxes, and any accompanying materials.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
